    Cancellation and non-attendance policy

We know that the best therapeutic results are obtained when psychology sessions are held regularly. That's why our first preference is always that you keep your in-person appointment. When life gets in the way and you're unable to attend our rooms, we can conduct the session over the phone or video may be arranged.

If you need to cancel your appointment altogether, we ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice (one full business day) to avoid a cancellation fee. Please note there are no Medicare rebates for cancelled appointments.
